Spinach Salad (GF, dairy free, vegan)

Simple.  Colorful.  Tasty.  A favorite of mine.
Put spinach in a bowl.  Add carrot shreds, slices of an English cucumber, diced sweet red pepper, chopped strawberries, green onion slices, and almond slices.  I love eating this with avocado slices and a vinegrette.
