Monk Fruit Sweetened Vanilla Ice Cream (GF)

Monk Fruit Sweetened Vanilla Ice Cream
I melted Lily's Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips mixed with a drizzle of coconut oil and drizzled it on top of the ice cream, as my son likes the "Magic Shell" texture and flavor it adds to the ice cream. Pictures of the chocolate chip bag is included at the bottom of this recipe.
3 C Heavy Whipping Cream
1 C Whole Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
1/4 C Monk Fruit Sweetener

Pour the milk in a mixing bowl.
Add vanilla paste
Then the Monk Fruit sweetener 
Pour in pre-frozen ice cream mixer. Mix on low for 20 minutes.  It will be soft serve texture at this point.  
Remove from freezer bowl and put in glass or plastic sealable container   Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours for hard ice cream.
