Oriental Style Cauliflower Rice (GF, dairy free, vegan)


Shred a couple florets of cauliflower in a bowl.
Add a handful shredded carrots
A pinch edamame/mukimame
Cut in a few sprigs of cilantro and a green onion
Add a pinch of almond slivers
Pour 1 TBS sesame oil over the vegetables.
Prepare some boullion in 1/3 c water or use 1/3 vegetable broth.
Pour broth over vegetables.  Mix together.
Pour vegetable mix in a pan and add pinch of black sesame seeds
Heat mixutre over medium heat until the vegetables are heated and soft.
