Balsamic Brussel Sprouts (GF, dairy free, vegan)

Ingredients
Brussel sprouts
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
1/4 c olive oil, 3 TBS balsamic vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt.  Mix until salt melts
Pour overbrussel sprouts that have been cut in half.
Toss to coat sprouts. Cover. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
