Ingredients
1 green onion
shredded carrots
1/2 a head of cauliflower
Minced garlic
Salt
Pepper
Tumeric
Thyme
Baking powder
Olive oil
Egg
Ground amaranth
Tapioca flour
Ground flaxseed
Add 1/4 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp tumeric, 1 tsp thyme, dash pepper
Bake 45 min.
Remove from oven. Let sit and cool on cooling racks. Can eat right out of the oven, but they will be chewy on the outside and gooey in the middle. If you cool them and then reheat on a hot plate or in an oven, they will be chewy on the outside and more solid, than gooey on the inside. They taste nice topped with butter.
