Cranberry Macadamia Bars

Ingredients
Butter
Brown sugar
White sugar
Egg
Vanilla extract
Orange blossom water
Flour
Salt
Baking soda
Baking powder
Powdered ginger 
Macadamia nuts
White chips
Craisins
Orange zest

Add to mixing bowl
1 stick butter - softened at room temperature
3/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C cane sugar
Mix together
Add
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp orange blossom water 
Mix together 
Add
1 1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ginger powder
Mix

Lightly chop 1 C macadamia nuts
Add to mixture.
Add 
1/2 bag white chips
1 C craisins
1TBS orange zest
Mix 
Use butter wrapper to grease a 4x8 pan. Lightly flour.
Press dough in pan.
Bake at 350° on middle rack for 20 min or until light brown and pulling from sides of the pan.  
Immediately pour on the other half of the white chips.
Place in hot oven that has been turned off.  Let them sit for a minute and melt.  
Then use a rubber spatula to spread the melted chips over the cookie bar.
Sprinkle craisins on top. Spritz with orange water or sprinkle orange zest on top.
Let cool 30 min.  Cut into desired sized pieces.
Can refrigerator or cool thoroughly to let the melted chips harden.
