Candy Cane Hot Chocolate Mix
The ratio I use to make this delicious mix is
2 C Powdered Milk
2 C Powdered Sugar
1 C Cocoa Powder
I then grind
1/2 C Milk Chocolate Chips
3 Candy Canes
Mix together.
Add 1/3 C Hot Chocolate Mix to 1 C warm Milk.
