Garlic Bread (GF, dairy free, vegan)

Heat oven to broil.  

Slice a gluten free bagette of your choice in half the long way and place on a cookie sheet.

Spray or brush on olive oil to cover the surface.  Sprinkle on garlic salt, red pepper flakes, pepper, Italian seasonings, non-dairy cheddar shreds and parmesan. I use Simply Truth cheddar style shred and Violife Just Like Parmesan.
Broil until the edges of the bread is crispy.  The cheese doesn't melt but makes for a nice crispy cheese flavored texture.
