Pan Seared Tuna (GF, dairy free)

Spread a light layer of lemon juice over a tuna steak.  Sprinkle on salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.  Heat a skillet with a light layer of oil.  Heat on both sides until the center is pink but not raw.  Remover from heat and let sit 5 min. The fillet will finish cooking but will not be dry.

I enjoy this with salad and green olives.
