Parmesan Baked Cauliflower (GF, dairy free, vegan)

Cut the cauliflower head in half the slice the haves in half the long way. Spread oil over the cauliflower.
Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, and parsley.
Shred vegan parmesan.
Sprinkle on cauliflower halves.  

Bake in oven preheated to 350° F for 30 to 45 minutes.
