Discoveries: Betty Crocker GF Chocolate Chip Cookies

Thought I'd give these a try.

I made them with my homemade vegan butter instead of real butter.

They baked up nicely.  I let them cool down before removing from the cookie sheet like the box said to do.

But the taste and texture?  Very sweet and giving me a sweet throat.  Has that sawdusty rice flour texture.

Not something I am buying again.  But not totally awful.  I'd rate it like 3 stars out of 10. Reminds me of Pesach "cookies".

Now where are mom's GF peanut butter cookies?
