Chocolate Mousse (GF)

Whip 1 1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 tsp Vanilla
2 TBS Powder Sugar
Until it can hold its shape.
In a seperate bowl, whip 2 Egg Whites until stiff peaks are formed.
In a 3rd bowl, melt half a bag of Milk Chocolate Chips.
Adding a little at a time, lightly fold egg whites into whipped cream.
Drizzle melted chocolate on cream and egg mixture and fold about 1-2 TBS in at a time.
Put mousse in a container and chill for at least 1 hr.
