Honey Sesame Salmon (GF, dairy free)

Ingredients: 
1 filet Norwegian Salmon
Honey
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt
Black and white sesame seeds
Heat oven to 350.

Rinse filet.  Coat baking pan with oil. Add salmon.

In a custard cup mix a small spoon of honey with a splash of lemon juice. Warm slightly in microwave to help the honey and lemon mix together.  Add a splash of olive oil and a pinch or two of salt. Mix together.
 Spoon honey mixture over salmon filet.
Sprinkle on sesame seeds.
Cover and bake until desired doneness.  Usually, 30 minutes is sufficient to be fully cooked but not overcooked.
