There's nothing like a steamy, hot drink on a cold, winter's day. This carob drink is certain to hit the spot!
I know not everyone enjoys carob, but for those of us who have to limit or eliminate chocolate and dairy, this recipe is a great replacement for both.
You need a 1 quart sauce pan.
Pour in 2 C milk alternative (I enjoy the macadamia nut and almond mix I make. It can be found here Milk Alternatives)
Add
1 TBS Carob powder
2 TBS Raw sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch Salt
