Stand Alone Grilled Cheese (GF, Dairy free)

I ran into this Violife, Mediterranean Style Grill Me! and wondered what you can do with it.  So a recipe was born.
Make an egg wash with 
1 egg  
1 TBS grapeseed oil
1/2 tsp Ras El Hanut (a Moroccan seasoning)
Mix well.
Coat each slice in the egg wash.
Cover with Gluten Free Panko. It will not stick very well.  This is the first coating.

Heat a stainless steel skillet and add 1 TBS Grapeseed Oil 

Spread on more egg wash on the side that is facing up. Add more panko. Put that side down on the hot pan.  Add more egg wash to the other side and sprinkle on more panko.

Fry each side for a couple minutes to crisp the panko.  Tastes lovely with the Spicy Ginger Cauliflower Carrot Soup
